  • A decent second episode.

"Web Sight" aired after "Family Reunion" on the night of the series premiere. While a good episode, it just doesn't seem quite as good and entertaining as the pilot episode.

Fi begins receiving messages that seem to be predicting the future: in her e-mail. She receives a link to an article about Molly mentioning her messing up at a performance and a storm - only the article is dated for the next day, and Molly's performance is that night. Of course, Jack remains skeptical, even when there is an unexpected storm, despite the earlier clear skies. And that night at her performance, Molly's guitar string breaks, and she forgets her lyrics out of nervousness.

The next morning Molly discovers that the article was written by a bitter music critic named Ty Spencer, who has been harboring a grudge towards Molly ever since the PKB days. Molly butts heads with the vicious critic at the newspaper office, while Fi, hiding, receives a message in the form of a home video of the tour bus crashing into a car. She is caught by Spencer, and tells him he shouldn't be such a cold-hearted person.

Of course, no one believes Fi about the crash, but that night she manages to intervene and prevent the crash. In the car is none other than Ty Spencer, who, after thinking about what Fi told him, is trying to find them to apologize. All of these events cause Fi to wonder: Does everything happen for a reason? She then gets another mysterious e-mail, saying: "You can change anything".

This episode was pretty good, but, like I said, wasn't quite as entertaining and spooky as the pilot. However, we get the sense that story threads are being developed. Also, Fi and Molly seem very emotional after nearly killing Spencer. Although not revealed yet, we later learn that Fi's father was killed in a car crash. This was clever and smart use of emotions to set us up for a later revelation.
