      • Soon Sweep's Mum and Dad arrive, Matthew arranges for the Holme Brass Band to accompany Sweep on the shop bell to celebrate. And the music is lovely and is a fitting way to end the episode and nice puppet work with Soo and the Sweep Family as it doesn't clearly looked like only three 'handy helpers' did this.
So to end Matthew had the cleaver idea of putting the Sweep family in the camper van so they could be as loud as they want and wouldn't wake anyone up. So they sing the theme tune to Sooty & Co all night long.

      • Matthew and Soo soon resolved the mix-up so Sooty tries to show them around the house with no luck, as his voice isn't loud enough and Sooty complains to Matthew that he's "lost his voice for shouting so loud".

      • Now the brothers come in and the big improvement is they all look slightly different and in the original it look like the same Sweep puppet. They don't notice the red, yellow, blue or green collars that Sweep, Swoop, Swipe and Swap were around their necks. In the original only Sweep and Swoop had different color collars. So Matthew and Soo think they are going slightly insane with their visits.

      • Sweep is very excited about his brothers arriving and can't wait for them to come. Matthew gets a stain on his tie so Sooty cleans it up for painting it red and then cutting the tie in half. Sooty thinks he's being thoughtful but Matthew doesn't agree. Then Soo comes to say that Sweep has a little visitor. He later finds out it's a flea so he kills it but then Sooty says he lost his pet flea. I don't get the joke and why Matthew re-uses it but I sure it's funny to five year olds.

      • If your wondering about the 'point by point' remake and what change from Sweep's Family to Sweeping Visit I tell you. One of Sweep's brothers replied with a picture in Sweep's Family but no one has in Sweeping Visit and the whole 'leave the bone in the bedroom' is a point-by-point remake from Sweep's Family. So that is all as Matthew cleverly improves on something that is already great with new scenes.

      • Matthew hides from us as he's got a new tie and is wearing a tie for the first time. Sooty, Sweep and Soo have never see him wearing a tie so Soo asks 'there's a great big stain in the middle of your shirt' and Sooty asks 'Is that to keep your neck warm'? This is all for the great big event that Sweep has invited his whole family to visit though no one has replied yet.

      • But the difference between this remake and other episodes in recent years like Robo Richard, It's My Party and Digging for Dinosaurs is that Matthew wrote both scripts so he's allowed to rewrite it and the best thing that saves this episode for getting a bad mark is that he improves on something that is already great. And gives a good ending to this so you forgive the fact you are watching a rehash of an all-time classic.

      • Our favorite family has return for there second visit to the Sooty household. But is this a case of history repeating itself as the original visit "Sweep's Family" is one of the best episodes of all time and if you're old enough to remember it you can't help but compare the two and clearly see it's a point by point remake of the earlier classic.
