    In this episode Cartman falls off a roof trying to fly and thinks he has Psychic powers, and the inept cops that make the Reno 911 Sherifs look like Andy from "The Andy Griffith Show", also there is an insane murder out there who cuts off peoples left hands and Cartman keeps catching the worng people. Kyle knows who it is and has to put himself into a Coma to make the cops beleive him, because they are idiots. And it still takes them a long time to do it, because they got the hands wrong, so it was solved with good old fashioned detective work, and Kyle breaks a light with his mind.
