    Give some B-stories or C-stories to character who do have some background that we know of, they just haven't been used too much or too recently. I miss Tweek! (Or is it Tweak? I forget).

    His name is Tweek Tweak http://southpark.wikia.com/wiki/Tweek_Tweak besides him, it's been a while there wasn't a B-story with Gerald and Shiela, Uncle Jimbo and Ned, Officer Barbrady. They could even do one with Pip even he's been killed by Mecha Streisand but he might be in hell with Satan who said to him: "where are you going to go? Detroit?"
