  • While South Park is a great show, it will have a few poor episodes and sadly... this is one of them.

This episode starts off with our beloved Butters beating up a kid for having diabetes. That's right, our innocent Butters seems to have truly lost it here. It is later revealed that he is native to Hawaii, which is quite shocking seeing as how his name is Leopold and that name is quite common in European countries, which is where I thought his ancestors would have originated from. Kenny joins Butters when he visits Hawaii to cure Butters dark side. This results in not so clever jokes about Ben Affleck and Hawaiians playing golf on the beach. Kenny's mini adventure was probably the only redeemable thing about the episode which had a ton of interesting visuals and detail in the backgrounds of the jungles. When Butters is cured, he walks off towards the sunset and jumps in happiness. I feel like this episode won't have any credibility for future South Park episodes to reference, like most grand episode references we have seen. Is this the wost South park episode I've seen? Well it would be in the top 5 for sure. It isn't really a train-wreck of an episode, but very disappointing and it derailed Butters' overall character. I'll give it a 3 / 10. I'd say skip this one if you can, you won't find anything grand about this episode, like you would with others.
  • Going Native

I have never seen Butters this angry. I'm glad he stand-up to his parents, for always abusing him, but he really didn't have to take his anger out on the boys (except for Kenny). Even though some of it is true, it's still harsh. Butters is not the only one, I also have an issue with my family, friends and acquaintances, as well. It's obvious that Butters and I hate how some people can be cruel, dishonest and whiny. I like the beginning of the episode, but I kinda didn't like the ending because we learned one of the real reasons what he's mad about. The world is such a cruel place. So I don't blame you Butters.
  • The Worst Episode I have ever Seen!!!

Alright, Where do I freaking Begin with this God Awful Episode. Okay First Off the Newest Season features Three Episodes all about Butters & Trey & Matt are not done with this Season yet are you Shitting Me! Hoarding Butters out to the Maximum. Well I guess it wouldn't be to bad seeing it is Our Cute Little Butters well you are all going to be Surprised but I was wrong & all of you are wrong. Okay First Off Butters starts Bullying or Beating Up a Student that didn't even do anything to him in fact the only reason why Butters was beating him up was the fact that this Student had Diabetes?! Then The Fourth Graders show up & he starts making Fun of Cartman (Which is Fine because Cartman's a Dick to Him) then starts picking on the other Fourth Graders such as Jimmy (Which in Season 9, Episode named "Erection Day" Butters said to Jimmy "He would never pick on anyone with a problem" yet in this episode Butters picks on him) Kyle, Stan, Craig, Token & Everyone else except for Kenny for some reason. Then Later it was stated that Butters is actually a Hawaiian... What the F***!!! Okay I usually don't complain like this but Butters being a Hawaiian is so Terrible because his real name is Leopold & a Hawaiian with the name of Leopold... are you Shitting Me?! Leopold sounds like someone from Europe which is where his Family was probably Born. This Episode also includes Butters saying "Stupid Greedy Haole's, Kill Them All!" What the F***?! Okay First Off Butters would never & I mean never want to Kill a Human Being just because there White or American. In fact Butters is a freaking White American since he was probably Born in South Park. Also Butters said he wanted to Kill all of The Haole's which means White People who live in America?! Butters wanting to Kill Every White Person in America!!! What The F***!!! But Wait that's not all, It was said during this God for Saking Episode that Butters was Kenny's Best Friend... No just No, In Season 9, Episode called "Best Friends Forever" it was Stated & Shown that Cartman & Kenny are Best Friends!!! This Episode is just so Abysmal & Pathetic. This Episode made me lose all hope in South Park! Overall The Worst South Park Episode I have ever Seen. However I did Enjoy seeing Kenny a lot because he is just Awesome!
  • Lovin in on Kauai

  • south park going naitive

this episode was just another alright episode but better than last week's i did find it amuzing when they used shells as trumpets and the fact butters was happy again that ben affleck married jennifer garner overall an okay episode
  • Great story, unusual pairing

Good episode imo, pretty much what I wanted the ep to be (something unexpected, just showing the boys being boys) I liked that it highlighted Kenny and Butters (one of the shows best characters), something we don't see that much of (at all?). Watching Kenny attempt the 'turn' and subsequently become the heir to 'the King' (Elvis), steering a barge of sorts (stacked with a pyrmid of alcohol + pineapple juice + coconut milk some other stuff) was hilarious, especially after his extended monologues (the first one especially) to Kyle Stan and Cartman. Maybe it didn't have the biggest punch lines, but I thought the overall story made it one of the season's best.
  • Obama is Hawaiian so...?

Sorry--this one sucked. Not funny. I was hoping the episode would go somewhere interesting after Butters blew a fuse but they turned it into an inside hawaii tourism satire that just didn;t work. Not LOL at this one...I think I will skip it in reruns too..filler episode.
