    With so many similar period dramas on at the moment, is this one you'd give a go?

    I'm intrigued, because I love David Morrissey, so possibly, if I remember and I don't already watch something else when it's on.

    Well, actually it was a really decent treat of period drama and I enjoyed the mini-series quite a lot.

    Just finished watching part 3 on Masterpiece Theater (USA) Sunday. Not bad - good period piece. I enjoyed it although it was depressing at times. I'm a sucker for the shows Masterpiece Theater airs & always find the time to watch even it means via the DVR.
