The first assistant director of this episode, Milos Milicevic, guest-starred as the large man who is brutalizing Officer Jessica Tang in the YouTube video.
Cooper: Why'd you get the crap detail... babysitting the guy just back from humping the pine?
Jessica: I requested you.
Cooper: Yeah, why's that?
Jessica: Got tired of being hit on. Heard you wouldn't be a problem.
Cooper: Really?
Jessica: Yeah. Knew you were squared away. You plan on groping my thigh?
Cooper: Maybe. (chuckling)
Angry Mother: (to her son Tyrell) It's gonna take Jesus and two more white folks to keep me from kicking your ass.
Opening Voiceover: Cops wake up every morning different from the rest of us. Our worst nightmare is just their Wednesday.

Ben: (to Sammy) What's it like living in The Truman Show?
The Truman Show (1998) was a film starring Jim Carrey in which an insurance salesman learns his entire life is actually a TV show.
