  • Pure space ghost comedy!

    9.0
Well after the drought of episodes with substance, the writers have finally brought some memorable moments back to space ghost coast to coast. The guests in this episode work well together, and the dialogue is good stuff. Bobcat, the first guest, really cracks me up. The guy's voice confuses me and makes me laugh at the same time, it's scary at points. Either way, that was probably the first reasonably funny interview in the show's history. The ramones had a tough act to follow after Bobcat, so I'm going to cut them some slack. The ramones were decent, and they blended alright with bobcat, but I wouldnt say they were a classic installment of space ghost coast to coast. If your looking for quality episodes, loaded with fun and comedy, I'd suggest this episode.moreless
  • "Zorak is all geeked out because the Ramones are here."

    10
Comedian Bobcat Goldthwait is the first guest on the roster. Next up is a little celebration.

But the real cause of Zorak's panic attack is the appearance of his favorite band, legendary New York punk rockers the Ramones. Zorak introduces himself as a member of the group. Moltar is similarly flabbergasted.

The group causes uppity hijinks for the host, Tad calls them names--which don't rub off, for a very good reason--and Zorak stages a mutiny with the party food.

A clever and insane episode, as usual for this show. Plumbed with good jokes, great music and appearances by the addle-pated but hysterical Legion of Doom.moreless
