Crixus and Naevia are both killed with Tiberius’ sword, the one they are yielding against the Romans when they fall.

Agron is the only gladiator to survive out of the ones who originally rebelled in Spartacus: Blood and Sand episode 13 Kill Them All.

Just like he did in Spartacus: Blood and Sand episode 5 Shadow Games Spartacus becomes once again the 'Bringer of Rain', in this occasion after his death.

Simon Merrells and Dan Feuerriegel deliver some of their lines looking directly at the camera, breaking the 4th wall.

The end credits of the episode depict all major characters from the other installments of the show: Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Vengeance.

At the end of them, a scene taken from Spartacus: Blood and Sand episode 7 Great and Unfortunate Things depicts Andy Whitfield shouting his iconic: "I... am... Spartacus!" line.

Goof: During the scene where Crixus is killed the close-ups of Naevia show the blade that is being pressed against her up to her chin. However, the longer shots show the blade noticeably down her neck.

Goof: In the love scene with Crixus Naevia's tattoo is placed towards the center of her back instead of on her right shoulder.

Spartacus translates the episode title 'Mors Indecepta' as 'Death is Undeceivable' when the rebels find it carved on Donar's chest.

Goof: Gannicus and Agron shift their position several times in the initial shots as Spartacus and his men watch Crassus' army advance.

When Crassus says: 'Spartacus slips from snare?' Simon Merrells look directly at the camera, very subtly breaking the 4th wall. He does it again immediately afterwards when he says: '…the mind that inflicts them' and yet later when Caesar says: 'She has moved to join rebellion?'.

Goof: Laeta's lipstick is toned down several shades after Crassus hands her over to Heracleo.
