Kondrashin: I am a simple businessman, a capitalist, like you.
Margo: You're nothing like us!
Kondrashin: Not true, not true. We all have our pasts, no? The fact is, I earn twice the money I ever made pulling out fingernails of American agents. Though selling soybeans is not as much fun! (he laughs, but no one else joins in)
Matt: (when Kondrashin freezes at the sight of rats in the air vent) Don't worry, they won't bite. It's called 'professional courtesy.'
CJ: So, women have got these, what, time delay fuses, you know? Guy'll kick the hell out a screen door, and that's it, you know what I mean? A woman will stew about it for months, years, and then one day... ka-blooie!
Benny Ray: Yup, as in, 'Honey, what's this knife doing stuck in my back?'
Chance: Please return your table trays to their upright position, while I play X-Wing versus Tie fighters!
This is a reference to the Star Wars franchise of movies, in which the heroic rebels engaged in dogfights in X-Wing fighters against Imperial Tie fighters.
Benny Ray: Benny Ray has left the building.
This is a reference to the pop culture phrase, "Elvis has left the building." Oftentimes fans at Elvis' concerts would refuse to leave the building, hoping for an encore, so an announcer would tell them that there would no longer be any point in remaining in the concert hall.
Margo: Well, the good news is, it's not The Rock.
Margo is referring to the former high security prison Alcatraz. No one ever escaped from the prison, which held such high profile prisoners as Al Capone, Franklin Stroud (aka the Birdman of Alcatraz), James "Whitey" Bulger and Alvin Karpis.
