Raise your cyber hand if you've seen the hilariously cheesy sci fi Special Unit 2. Not that I'm expecting to see an awful lot of electronic limbs but it'd be nice to find at least a few people who sacrificed sleep at least once for the sake of bad puns, one liners, scripted guys and kleptomaniac gnomes.

    How I miss that show.

I kinda miss it, too, but I've already seen most of the episodes in the reruns for the second time only a few weeks ago... and I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of time till it's back on here (Germany), was quite a success

I was one of the few people to watch it here in America... And I SERIOUSLY want it on DVD or something D8 It was one of my favorites.. But it ran against something really popular that I didnt like.

I saw that. Awesome. Maybe if it does well enough, they'll resurrect the show?

I'm from the US, and somehow missed this show the first time around.  I haven't figured out how I missed this show.  I'm watching it now on SciFi and am enjoying it.

It is definately something I would have watched.

I just watched a couple of episodes of this show on Sci-Fi the other night and liked what I saw. I didn't realize that this show went off the air 5 years ago until I came here on tv.com! I thought it was a current Sci-Fi original series. I can't believe I never even heard of it before now.

Yeah, I thought it was a new show until I looked it up.  I'm sad I missed it when it was orginally on, but I know how I missed it, I didn't watch UPN.

I realized when looking around here about the show that I had no chance of watching it.  My college didn't have UPN on it's campus cable channels.  Which is why I missed most of Voyager and Buffy.  Thank goodness for syndication!

by airing blocks do you mean that they'll keep airing a few episodes at a time at regular intervals, or was that just a one time thing?

The show was always amazing. Thrilling, adventurous and funny overall. A long time has passed, but I still miss it. It shouldn't have ended so soon.

Why did they ever get rid of this show in the first place? It's pretty good what with all the different ways the show could go.

I agree, I've only seen 4 or 5 complete episodes but I think it was funny and at times suspensful. I liked the characters and I would like to see this on DVD. It had plenty of interesting 'links' and ways to deal with them. Unfortunately, I doubt they would think it worth the money since I think it has a very small fanbase.
