Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • In this episode, Iceman is shown using his powers as a baby despite the fact that most mutants do not develop their powers until puberty.

    • This episode contradicts "Secret Origin of the Spider-Friends" where Spider-Man meets Iceman. In this episode, Iceman was planning to capture Spider-Man for a reward until they met each other and became friends. In the other episode, all three met at a convention.

    • Cyclops is drawn twice in one scene.

  • QUOTES (0)

  • NOTES (2)

    • Interesting to note that all 3 new episodes created for season 2, and mixed in with season 1 to make a whole "season," have 2 things in common. First, they're all origin stories for each of the 3 Spider-Friends. Second, they're all animated by a different, and generally better, animation house than those in season 1.

    • The X-Men featured in Iceman's origin are Professor X, Angel, Beast (in his pre-furry form), Jean Gray (first called Marvel Girl), and Cyclops.
