The title of this episode contained a typo when shown on Fox Kids: "Partners in Dangers"
S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Where'd he go?
Spider-Man (After webbing him up from behind) I'm right here.
Felicia: Wilson Fisk! What is the meaning of this?
The Kingpin: One might say I have gone into the business of family reunions. How long you enjoy each other's company, depends on how well you cooperate with me. Felicia Hardy, allow me to introduce you to your father.
John Hardesky: (To the Kingpin) I vow never to reveal that formula, to anyone. I may have been a crook, but I am not a traitor to my country. I don't care what you do to me.
Doctor Octopus: Nervous, Miss Hardy?
Felicia: You, what are you doing here?
Doctor Octopus: Just picking up a special package.
Peter: But what do I tell Felicia? Hey, I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is your father's still alive. The bad is they've locked him up and thrown away the key because he knows too much.
Traitor Scientist: (While destroying the computers that helped create Captain America) In the name of the Fatherland, I will destroy this American war machine.
Scientist: Rogers is merely the first of a new breed of super soldiers, who will free the world from the tyranny of the Axis Powers. Gentlemen, meet the new champion of the Allied Forces, Captain America.
John Hardesky: Where are you taking me?
The Chameleon: (Disguised as Nick Fury) All you need to know is, somebody went to a lot of trouble to spring you, and it's not because of your charm.
John Hardesky: (After kicking the Chameleon) How about my talent?
Spider-Man: (As he watches Kingpin's forces attack S.H.I.E.L.D.) I don't know who's behind this, but looks like the agency just got caught with their "shield" down.
Spider-Man: (After shooting the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent with her gooey web gun) Oh, that'll cut down on my webbing expenses.
Spider-Man: I need information about a criminal named The Cat.
Nick Fury: The Cat! This isn't like ordering a pizza. S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't deliver classified information within fifteen minutes, or the first taped secret is free. I regret that I can't help you at all.
Spider-Man: (After being trapped in a gooey web ball and taken onto S.H.I.E.L.D.) Now I know what it feels like to be vacuumed packed. At least I've gotten them to take me to their castle in the sky.
Spider-Man: (While climbing to the top of a skyscraper) If you want good reception, head for the top of the world, or at least the top of the city.
Peter: So, where does a guy like Jonah keep a little comm badge for a top secret agency? He wouldn't frame it, would he?
(Sees the badge, framed on his wall)
Kingpin: (To Doctor Octopus) Your choice Octavius, either fall in line, or fall seventy stories.
(The floor beneath Doctor Octopus opens up, causing him to fall from the plane)
Felicia: Why do I always fall for mysterious men? Jason, Michael, Spider-Man. Men who are wrapped in the dark blanket of the night.
Spider-Man: (After avoiding all of Doctor Octopus' arm attacks) Aww, just a little short of the mark, huh?
Doctor Octopus: (As he pulls the bookcase behind Spider-Man on top of him) Wrong!
Doctor Octopus: What? How could you have known I was here?
Spider-Man: Must be my sense of smell.
Doctor Octopus: Let us see how well developed your pain receptors are.
Doctor Octopus: (To Felicia, as he grabs her with his mechanical arms) Young Miss Hardy. How very nice to hold you in my arms, again.
John Hardesky: (To a young Felicia) Come in Felicia. What are you doing up at this hour?
Young Felicia: I like being up late. That's when I get to see you daddy.
John Hardesky: We're very much alike kitten. We're both most comfortable when we're wrapped in the dark blanket of the night.
The code Felicia uses on the keypad of her home alarm to call the police is #67.
The Chameleon now no longer needs his belt to change his appearance.
David Warner (Landon) provides the Red Skull's single line in this episode. When the Skull returns as a major character in the following season, Earl Boen becomes the role's regular performer.
