How does Norman Osborne/Green Goblin survive this long in limbo without food and water? It's been either days or weeks. Wouldn't he die of starvation?
Throughout this episode you'll notice that the Goblin's glider changes from, small to big. This switching happens until the Green Goblin finally gets the large glider.
Peter: (to Punisher, while pointing up at the Green Goblin) Well Whaddya know that must be me up there.
Peter: (Trying to steer the Goblin Glider) It's no wonder Norman went insane; Trying to drive one of these things would make anyone nuts!
Harry: [delusional singing] Spider-Man and the Punisher, sitting in a tree. MJ, MJ, MJ, and me. [cackles]
Punisher: [to Peter] You're friend, Osborn here, is a few pumpkins short of a full pie.
This episode (along with others) was listed on a Spider-Man DVD with the same name as the episode, however, in the DVD version, there is no background music.
Peter Parker makes a heroic change into Spider-Man (in the vein of Superman) after spotting the Green Goblin. But as he runs into an alley, instead of tearing open his shirt to reveal the costume -- since he's wearing a purple T-shirt -- he lifts it up to reveal the Spider-Man costume's bright colors and chest spider underneath.
Julie Bennet replaced Linda Gary as Aunt May because Linda passed away.
Peter: Brilliant deduction Holmes!
This is a reference to the fampus fictional detective Sherlock Holmes. Holmes was created by writer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
