Peter is framed for a crime he didn't commit and it's up to blind lawyer Matt Murdock to prove his innocence, who is also known as the Man without Fear, Daredevil.

This episode, along with "The Man without Fear," "The Ultimate Slayer," and "Tombstone" were released on video and DVD, entitled "Daredevil Versus Spider-Man," which was released during the release week for the Daredevil movie. The DVD also included the Fantastic Four episode, featuring Daredevil, "And A Blind Man Shall Lead Them."
This is Daredevil's second Marvel cartoon appearance for this season. The first was an episode of the "Fantastic Four."
