Episode Recap

In this episode Peter Parker is accused of smuggling defense secrets out of the country. While Peter is being escorted back to jail a helicopter sets him free. Spider-Man appears to help Peter escape. While being taken to somewhere unknown Peter recalls when all the trouble first started. It all began when Wilson Fisk gave Peter a job at one of his new plants for saving his life when Hobgoblin tried to kill him.

Getting this job makes him quit his old one at the Daily Bugle. One day while coming home from work Peter is arrested by a federal agent and taken to jail. While in jail Peter gets Matt Murdock (Daredevil) as his lawyer. As it turns out Peter was being framed by Wilson Fisk and his son Richard in order to get the feds off their case. All of this was Smythe's idea. While Peter is being held captive by the Fisks, Daredevil breaks him out and takes him to Matt Murdock's apartment.

After getting his second wind Spider-Man goes to back to the plant to get a disk to clear Peter's name. But, Daredevil does not know that Spider-Man is helping, attacks him which gives the guards time to set up a weapon to destroy the building. Spider-Man and Daredevil settle their dispute and try to escape the building but can they clear Peter's name in the process?
