Goof: During the Kingpin's fight with Daredevil, the latter's DD-insignia is briefly reversed.
When Daredevil is in Richard Fisk's house, the shot of his natural radar is the same from when he was in the warehouse. The obvious difference is that the Chameleon doesn't pop up in the red colored shot.
Kingpin: Where is the other one?
Daredevil: Right here, Kingpin. And the name's Daredevil.
Kingpin: You have to be a daredevil to dare and challenge me.
Daredevil: I'm bringing you in. The police have your son and I have you.
Kingpin: My son?!
Kingpin: Now, how many days do I have to wait for my son to exact his revenge.
Murdock: Why dont you let me tell Parker that you paid for his defense?
Jameson: It would spoil my image. Besides, I don't want Parker getting the idea I like him, and Robbie who told you, you could offer Parker his job back. That goofy kid couldn't take a shot if his life depended on it.
Spider-Man: Thanks for the save.
Daredevil: Actually, I was saving Peter Parker.
Peter: [thinking] Why is Anna Watson making my spider-sense go off. She must be really mad at me.
Daredevil: Let's hope he's good at blind landings.
Spider-Man: [to Mary Jane] Nice moves!
Mary Jane: Hey, I'm a single woman living in New York. Self defense classes are a must!
The Kingpin's original name is revealed to have been Moriarty Wilson. Moriarty may have been an in-joke reference to another criminal mastermind, Sherlock Holmes' nemesis Professor Moriarty.
