The Kingpin escaped his manacles by breaking them. But when the Wolf Pack were imprisoned, the manacles were still intact.
Jameson: (To Peter after finding out Peter's trip to Russia was for nothing) I'd fire you if you weren't a freelancer.
Peter Parker: Now there are two madmen racing to control the most dangerous weapon ever created. I still don't even know what this doomsday device is. For all I know it was television, and it was released in 1945.
Silver Sable: (To her Wolf Pack) Come, we must also be off before the radiation poisons us as well.
Spider-Man: No kidding, one dose of radiation a lifetime is enough.
Spider-Man: (To Kingpin about the Wolf Pack, as they are surrounded by the Insidious Six) These guys don't talk much big guy, but something tells me they're going to give you one heck of a fight.
Spider-Man: (After narrowly escaping Kragov's exploding base) Now that's what I call an E-ticket ride.
Spider-Man: (As Kragov's base starts to collapse) They just don't build these fortresses like they use to.
Kragov: (To the Kingpin as he shocks him with his belt) Give up, the odds do not favor you.
Kingpin: (Still being shocked) I've been beating worse odds all my life. (Slams Kragov into a computer panel)
Spider-Man: (After Kragov is unmasked) Kragov, the chief of police, why are you doing this?
Kragov: Because Kragov is only my assumed named. I am really the son of the Red Skull, who will bring his father's dreams of world domination to fruition.
Spider-Man: Now there's a nice family business for ya.
Kingpin: (To a masked Kragov) Before I was rudely interrupted, I was about to unmask someone. I might as well begin again, with you.
Doctor Octopus: (After being released from his restraints) Now if you all don't mind. (Grabs the Wolf Pack and Silver Sable and places them in the restraints) Turnaround is fair play.
Silver Sable: I am not a criminal. I am merely a professional for hire.
Spider-Man: Which means you just work for whichever creep pays the most. (Refers to the Insidious Six) I think I prefer these guys over here. There dishonesty is more, honest.
Spider-Man: (Waking up from the sleeping gas) Oh, my aching head. Now where am I? (Sees himself and the Insidious Six chained to the wall) One things for sure, I've got to start hanging around with a better class of people.
Spider-Man: World domination? Kingpin, now you sound like a Saturday morning cartoon villain.
Spider-Man: You hatch a different crackpot scheme every week Fisk, what makes this one so special?
The Scorpion: (About a defeated Spider-Man) I say we play Russian ice hockey, and we use Spider-Man as the puck.
The Rhino: (To Spider-Man) I always wanted to send you and your big mouth to Siberia.
The Scorpion: Yeah, only now it 'aint so far.
Doctor Octopus: (To Spider-Man) Is there no place on Earth where I can be rid of your meddlesome presence?
The Shocker: (To Spider-Man) I'm going to blast you from Red Square back to Time Square.
Robbie: (Referring to Groitzig's daughter) My old friend, if you could just give us her address, it's important.
Boris: I'm afraid I cannot do that, (Writes down address and hands it to Robbie) officially.
Robbie: I understand.
Silver Sable: (To Rheinholdt Kragov) My Wolf Pack and I are expensive, but we always get results.
Spider-Man: (To Robbie as the Russian police arrive) I'd love to continue this chat, but neither of us needs to spend the night in a Russian jail cell.
Spider-Man: (To the Insidious Six) Did you guys come here on seperate flights, or on one of those super-villain package deals?
Kingpin: I must say, this is an unexpected treat.
Spider-Man: If I were you, I'd cut down on the treats!
