During the climactic subway train fight, Doctor Zellner tells Spider-Man that Flash Thompson "doesn't remember how to button his shirt!" That makes perfect sense, since Flash is wearing a football jersey.
Flash: (after being injected with the brain juice) My head feels funny. Cramped.
Dr. Zellner: Those are ideas, Mr. Thompson. You'll get used to those.
Flash: I lost you because you can't keep up with my brain power.
Peter: Keep up? I'm giving myself a headache slamming on the brakes and going into reverse.
J. Jonah Jameson: Parker! Get back here! I'm not done throwing you out!
Flash: Hey, the Flash-man can walk the talk like he talks and walks.
Peter: You mean .. ineptly?
When Indy is talking about the biker twins' IQ tests, she says "Double digits is having trouble tying your own shoes!" She's obviously smart, so may have some bias - by definition, the average IQ is 100, which means half of the population has a double-digit IQ.
Peter Parker's cell phone ringtone is the famous Nokia ringtone played in reverse.
One of the promotional posters on the subway has a picture of Young Andraia, who is from Mainframe's other show ReBoot.
Canada airdate: November 14, 2003.
Spider-Man: Who do they think they are, Johnny Knoxville?
