  • Plankton's best disguise

    8.5
I loved the Imitation Krabs episode, it was the first time Plankton imposed as someone else. But I never liked Grandma's Secret Recipe, and I didn't like the stupid ending to Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy. But this episode was real funny. I loved Plankton's abuse from pretending to be Gary and causing Spongebob to think Gary is sick for looking green and talking, and having a deep voice. But what really made this episode was Gary mauling Plankton towards the end for his shell back.moreless

  • "Buried in Time" was superb but "Shellback Shenanigans" was perfect

    9.5
Buried in Time: I thought that this episode was superb. It wasn't my favorite episode of SpongeBob but I did really like it. I thought the people donating things to the time capsule was funny, when Patrick wanted to put a rock into the time capsule but Squidward refused to let him do that, and when Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward were imagining what the future would be like was funny but I thought Squidward's imagination of the future was confusing. It was also funny when SpongeBob and Patrick put shaving gel on Squidward to make him have a beard. I didn't give this episode a 10 because it was boring at times and the plot was kind of slow. Overall, this was a superb episode. 9/10

Shellback Shenanigans: This episode made me laugh so hard and it's one of my favorite episodes. I thought Plankton impersonating as Gary was funny. I thought Gary not wanting to take a bath was a good reference since they revealed he doesn't like baths in "Gary Takes a Bath". It was funny when SpongeBob thought that Gary (who is actually Plankton) was sick and he rushed into the hospital. It was so hilarious when Gary (who is actually Plankton) got surgery and when Gary (again who is actually Plankton) had to take the big pill. I also thought it was funny when SpongeBob was crying and then Gary (Plankton) said "If I could just a krabby patty before I go" and then Spongebob said some things and then SpongeBob said "We won't have enough time to say I love you" and then Gary (Plankton) said "Oh brother". I also found it hilarious when Gary found out that Plankton was impersonating him and then Gary beats up Plankton and Plankton runs out of the Krusty Krab. The ending was also funny when Gary became the bouncer for the Krusty Krab and then Plankton came and Gary scared him away. Overall, this episode had tons of funny moments and it was the most hilarious episode of SpongeBob I've ever seen. 10/10moreless
  • Both great episodes, but I liked Buried in Time more.

    9.0
Buried in Time: This was an overall very funny episode. The time capsule idea was smart, and funny. The episode was full of smart writing, and some very hysterical jokes. My favorite was Patrick's look on society in the future. Plankton's role was good also, but was somewhat predictable that he was going to drill into the time capsule. Overall, a very enjoyable episode with a some-what bad ending. I felt that they could have made this into a 30 minute special though....

    A-

Shell back Shenanigans: Once again, Plankton is back to his devious ways and is looking to steal the Krabby Patty formula again. It was pretty funny, but it wasn't groundbreaking. I was glad to see Gary featured in the episode, because he hasn't starred in a episode in a while.

  • Plankton tries to steal the formula breaking into a time capsule.... and disguising as Gary.

    8.5
Buried in Time: SB is out of tartar sauce, so he goes to the giant tartar sauce contaier I never knew they had. SB comments on how future generations should see it and Mr. Krabs gets the idea to make a time capsule. Then while everyone is donating stuff, SB and Squid are in charge of recieving the stuff. The plate gag was amusing. Then PAtrick wants to give what I think it was his belly button dirt, and they accidentally get trapped in the capsule. Then, when Mr. Krabs makes thge big announcement that he'll put the formula in the capsule, Plankton goes for it, digging into it. There Squid is going crazy, and everyone begins to wonder how will the future be like. SB imagines it all chrome as in SB-129, Pat imagined it like California and Squid's had a museum of him. After that they go to sleep, and SB and Pat play with shaving cream and give each other and Squid beards. After PLankton breaks in and makes a hole, Squid wakes up and thinking 50 years have passed he, PAt and SB leave through that hole to surface, but after learig it's present, Squid goes back. SB steps on Plankton (who had the formula), so he swallowed it, and the ep ends with him tryign to poop it.

Shellback Shennanigans: I really don't remeber much about this one, back Plankton disguised as Gary after he sees SB gives Gary Krabby Patties, and goes with him to work. But GAry, who was looking for him ever since they switched, comes in the righ moment and kicks Plankton's a*s. A highligh was Plankton havign trouble meowing at the vet.

Bottom line: Good pair, but the first was better, IMO.moreless
