Chum Fricassee: Squidward quits his job at the Krusty Krab and starts running the Chum Bucket turning it into a gourmet restaurant using his grandma's secret recipe Chum Fricassee which tastes delicious.

  • One terrible the other ok

The Plot feels rushed at first with failed or reused jokes. The scene were plankton was crying was depressing and in pre movie episodes he never used to cry and now it's all he does. Then spongebob joins in..... Sigh. Then spongebob crys some more when he thinks that the KK is going to be demolished. But.... It gets moved back 1 inch..... WTF! So why did he say demolished in the beginning? And the vehicle he had was never going to destruct anything it just moves stuff back so how could krabs and sponge be so stupid! Then the CB gets destroyed. That felt so forced!

Very forgettable and at some points mean spirited but it was interesting to see plankton and squidward. That's all I have to saymoreless
  • Move it or Lose it was good. Chum Fricassee was better!

Move it or lose it: I thought that this was a very good and original idea. One morning, a car pulls up by the Chum Bucket and the Krusty krab and places a sign. Mr Krabs and Plankton both go over to sign to find out that it is the law for both restaurants to be at least 100 feet away from each other. So Spongebob and Plankton both attempt to get the people of the Bikini Bottom to sign their petition. It turns out that the Krusty Krab loses, so it must be bulldozed. The only problems I had with this episode were that the people of Bikini Bottom would not sign Spongebob's petition, because they were stupid enough to believe that the Krabby Patties were horrible, even though it was just Plankton. But, of course, the major problem with this episode was the ending. I saw the ending coming from a mile away. The Krusty Krab was just pushed 1 foot back, so the distance was 100 feet. Yeah, It wasn't bulldozed. Also, I don't know why Mr Krabs and Spongebob were so protective over the Krusty Krab, yet it has been destroyed many times throughout the series, even in its sister episode: "The Good Krabby Name". So, overall, I will give this episode a score of 7/10

Chum Fricassee. This episode was perfect in my opinion. It had a very nice plot and felt like a classic episode. It starts out with Squidward unsatisfied with his job, and is starting to hate it. He reckons that if he was able to take over, he would be able to make even the Chum Bucket a success. Which, of course brings Plankton to the scene. Squidward says that he'll do it, then introduces Plankton to his Grandma's Secret Recipe, Chum Fricassee. Chum Fricassee then became a massive hit and the Chum Bucket rapidly fills with more and more customers. The next day, the Chum Bucket was so busy, that Plankton was ordered By Squidward to take out the Chum Fricassee, even though it hadn't been cooking for it's required 24 hours. Squidward's grandma (Who looks like his mum) then comes in and tells him that if Chum Fricassee is undercooked, it can cause severe tummy trouble. The Chum Bucket then completely falls apart, and Mr Krabs rehires Squidward, to have him used as a door mat. Even though Squidward is my favourite character, I think he had that coming to him, for ruining the Krusty Krab and embarrassing Mr Krabs and Spongebob half way through the episode. No flaws with this episode whatsoever, so it is getting a solid 10/10

  • Good episodes

Move It or Lose It 9/10

    Chum Fricassee 10/10
  • These episodes are so awesome

Move it or lose it is funny 10/10

Chum Fricaseme is even funnier 11/10
  • Good potential for Squidward, but of course it all falls apart at the end

Move it or Lose it summary: Mr. Krabs and Plankton try to gather signatures in order to prevent their restaurants from being bulldozed for breaking a city ordinance law. The main thing that starts the plot of this episode is that the Krusty Krab and the Chum Bucket are less than 100 feet away from each other, which is apparently against the law. I suppose that's feasible, but probably wouldn't happen in real life. So begins another generic Mr. Krabs/Plankton rivalry plot; nothing too special. The ending is pretty anti-climactic, too: instead of one restaurant being bulldozed, the Krusty Krab is just moved back an inch. this have been made a little clearer at the end of the episode? Basically, the only reason this plot began in the first place was because of poor communication. But that's not what I'm focusing on in this review.

Chum Fricassee summary: Squidward begins to work for the Chum Bucket, bringing people in with an old recipe of his grandmother's. This episode started out great, to be honest. Squidward finally gets fed up with Mr. Krabs' uncaring ways (at one point, Krabs says he doesn't value Squidward at all TO HIS FACE), and finally starts getting some success. It's a win for Plankton too, since it's his restaurant. Even Krabs is forced to admit that Squidward's Chum Fricassee tastes good. I was expecting Squidward's inflating ego to be his undoing by the end of the episode, and that would have been fine. What I DIDN'T expect, however, was Squidward's grandma barging in, exposing the fact that Squidward wasn't letting the food cook for the appropriate twenty-four hours, and basically telling the customers to beat her grandson to a pulp as punishment. So now even members of Squidward's own family want to make him miserable? And then, just to add insult to injury, Squidward goes back to work at the Krusty Krab at the end of the for Mr. Krabs to use him as a literal door-mat. What. And what exactly did Squidward DO to deserve all that abuse? All he did in this episode was protest against Krabs' negligent behavior and let all his newfound success go to his head. This did NOT make him deserve to be attacked by a mob incited by his own grandmother and be used as a door-mat by said neglected boss. This episode had so much potential, but then it turned out to be another "Squidward abuse" episode. Such a shame.moreless
