Mr. Krabs keeps all of his money in his mattress. Doesn't he also keep money in a safe in his office and in his wallet?
Wouldn't the doctors run medical tests to try to help Plankton? If they did, they'd find out it was a minor slip.
How could Plankton break his bones? He's an invertebrate - he doesn't have any.
In "Krabs vs. Plankton," how did people believe that Plankton fell? A fish talked to him and he lied, so people would believe he's lying.
In "Krabs vs. Plankton," couldn't Richard A. Bottomfeeder (the attorney) sue Mr. Krabs after being legitimately injured by the wet floor? Plankton was lying, but Bottomfeeder was racked in pain and couldn't go to the court.
In this episode, Mr. Krabs says he's never heard of a bank, but in "Krabby Land," when he tries to escape with all the money, he tells the kids "Uncle Krabs has to go to the bank now." So, he must have heard of a bank. It's possible when he screamed "NO" at Squidward, he was saying that he'd never use one.
In the beginning of "Krabs vs. Plankton," when the sign is shown, it reads, "The Krysty Krab" instead of "The Krusty Krab."
When Plankton says "sucker," the wheelchair slightly turns without him turning the handle.
How come Squidward says "out" instead of "over"?
In "The Lost Mattress," Mr. Krabs is sleeping on a mattress, but back in "Squeaky Boots," Mr. Krabs slept on a hammock.
When Spongebob and Squidward arrive at the Krusty Krab, there is no keyhole. When Mr. Krabs comes, there is suddenly a keyhole. When Squidward says "Why? I like the new Mr. Krabs..." there is no keyhole.
Plankton: I slipped on a very viscous liquid!
Here, Plankton is making a grammatical error. The more viscous the liquid, the harder it would've been for him to trip on. Glue is very viscous. Tap water is not.
When Mr. Krabs grabs all the shreds of money, the fish at the bottom left's eyes are white rather than yellow. When SpongeBob is "questioning" the mop, the jury fish at the bottom left's eyes are white again.
Patrick: What a dump.
SpongeBob: Happy Halloween, Squidward!
SpongeBob: Squidward, my client has been called "cheap." Do you agree with that statement?
Squidward: Yep.
Judge: Does the defense have an opening statement?
SpongeBob: Yes, your honor.... Poor Gram-Gram!
Karen: Do you even have a plan?
Plankton: Plan shman, I'm just gonna wing it.
Mr. Krabs: (jumps on Squidward in full rage) ALL MY MONEY WAS IN THAT MATTRESS!!!
Squidward: (shocked) What, haven't you heard of a bank?!
Mr. Krabs: NOOO!!!!
Mr. Krabs: (Bends over, reaching his keys, until his back cracks) AAARGH! Me back!!
Spongebob: Are you hurt, Mr. Krabs?
Mr. Krabs: (In sardonic tone) No...I'm just doubled over in pain fighting back tears in me eyes, because it's a new dance craze!
Spongebob: Oh, great. I thought you were hurt...
Mr. Krabs: I AM HURT, you idiot!
(Spongbob looks at Krabs with a depressing grimace.)
Mr. Krabs: (Sighs) I'm sorry I snapped at ya, laddie. It's just that me back is killing me. It's me ol' lumpy mattress; It's like trying to sleep on broken coral. I'm going out of me mind. (Krabs's back cracks) Ouch! Oh, me back. (Opens the door, walks inside slouching.)
Spongebob: Poor Mr. Krabs. We should help Krabs out, Squidward.
Squidward: Why do anything? I like the new Mr.Krabs. He yells at you more! (Laughs.)
Spongebob: The horror it's unspeakable, Don't you see Squidward it's closed The Krusty Krab is closed.
Squidward: You mean i got out of bed for nothing?
Spongebob:The doors are locked The doors are locked and we are outside outsiders What are we gonna do Squidward? There are Krabby Patties inside all alone
Spongebob: How many mattresses do you think there are?
Patrick: (Looks left and right twice.) 10.
Spongebob: Cool.
Squidward: (to SpongeBob and Patrick) This is all SpongeBob's fault! Getting Mr. Krabs a new mattress was his idea!
Police Fish: Not so fast. This card says, "This was all my idea. Love Squidward." If Mr. Krabs doesn't pull through, you're going to jail.
Squidward: Grrrr! You did this, SquarePants! If you don't get Mr. Krabs's mattress back from the dump, I'm going to murd-- (Police Fish clears throat) uh...help you get it back myself.
Patrick: Wow. He really does care.
SpongeBob: Hey, Mr. Krabs.
(Mr. Krabs is on top of the mattress of money, barking at SpongeBob and Patrick, who are dressed as steaks)
SpongeBob: Mr. Krabs, it's us!!
Patrick: Trick or treat.
Mr. Krabs: Oh, hey there, boys. I didn't recognize ya for a second. Say, why are ya dressed as meat?
SpongeBob: Not just meat, we're choice cuts.
Squidward: Oh, I give up.
(SpongeBob and Patrick are dressed as steaks)
SpongeBob: So what's the plan again, Squidward?
Squidward: You two are dressed as choice cuts, you go up to the worm and say Trick-or-Treat, the worm will realize he forgot to buy Halloween candy and go off to buy some.
Mr. Krabs: No! No-ho-ho! (Runs and starts grabbing the pieces of the shredded dollar from the air) Daddy's got ya. Daddy's here. (The jury discusses this little act talks amongst themselves) A little glue, a little tape. It'll be right as rain. (He walks off, but then walks back to pick up the last stranded piece of dollar) Daddy didn't forget ya.
Plankton: (Presents a "wet floor" sign to Mr. Krabs) Mr. Krabs, can you identify this item?
Mr. Krabs: It's a "wet floor" sign.
Plankton: Do you own one?
Mr. Krabs: Uhh... well... umm... No, I don't. (Everyone gasps) Hey, come on! I had to make some tough business choices. And the sign seemd so... perfluous?
Jury Fish: (Muttering amongst each other) Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty.
(Mr. Krabs is in front of a candy machine)
Doctor: We must surgically remove the patient to get the Nutty Bar.
SpongeBob: Run, Mr. Krabs! Run like you're not in a coma!
SpongeBob: Look, Mr. Krabs, I made you a gift, close your eyes and hold out your hands.
(SpongeBob hands it to him)
Mr. Krabs: Ouch! What is this, SpongeBob?
SpongeBob: It's a wet floor sign!
(Sign has numerous nails in it)
Jury Man: We approve the defense not guilty! But he is cheap.
[Goof]: When Mr. Krabs was grabbing the pieces of his ripped money, a fish in the backgrounds eyes turned white, but when the scene changes and goes back, the fish's eyes are yellow again.

This is the second time a race car bed appears. The first time was in "Mid-Life Crustacean."
Now we know the reason Spongebob was crying at closing time at the Krusty Krab in "Born Again Krabs" was that he felt sorry for the Krabby Patties and everything else there.
After being pointed out in "Plankton's Army", in "Lost Mattress," Mr. Krabs keeps his money in his mattress.
Mr. Krabs first ends up in a hospital room. Then, he's pushed out towards the hall since he doesn't have insurance. Next, the nurse moves him on to the sidewalk. Finally, she pushes him off the hill and into the dump, where he's reunited with his money.
Squidward almost says the word "murder" in this episode, but he only said "mur."
During this episode's first showing, the full credits were shown, instead of the black sidebar with some other announcement on the side.
When Patrick is at the dump and he says, "What a dump", it is a direct reference to the Bette Davis film Beyond the Forrest. It is also a direct reference to the opening line and conversation in the 1966 classic Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? starring Elizabeth Taylor. This quote has since been seen on AFI's 100 Greatest Movie Quotes, ranking at #62.
In "Krabs vs. Plankton," on the stand, Plankton said he went into the Krusty Krab that day to say hello to his once good friend Mr. Krabs. Although he was supposedly lying, this statement is true according to the episode "Friend or Foe."
When the mattress salesman holds out the bed control box, SpongeBob looks surprised and reaches for it. At the last second, the salesman snaps it shut again, just like Pretty Woman.
The music at beginning of "Krabs vs.
Plankton" is from "Perry Mason"
SpongeBob having to open something "very important" in a briefcase could be a reference to Pulp Fiction, a movie where you never find out exactly what is in a briefcase.
The theme song used in the courtroom scene is from The People's Court.
