At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob and Patrick are doing a hazardous ritual to attract customers. Mr. Krabs sees this as nonsense and decides to let them paint the inside of his house. He gives them a strict rule saying that the paint is permanent and if they do not put paint on anything but the wall, he will mount their butts and hang them on the wall.
After three hours, SpongeBob finally applies a drop of paint and blows it in several directions and blows it with a hairdryer. The hairdryer creates a giant paint bubble. Patrick also makes a giant paint bubble and both of them merge together. Patrick keeps adding air to the bubble until it finally explodes and surprisingly, the paint covers all the walls in the house. After checking the house, SpongeBob realizes that they got a tiny dab of paint on Mr. Krabs' dollar. They try many things to get rid of it (ex. smashing it with computer, wiping it with cloth) but it doesn't work. When Mr. Krabs gets home, he realizes that the objects have been rearranged to hide the dollar. Mr. Krabs finds out that they got paint on his first dollar and licks the paint off. He says he was just kidding and the paint come off with saliva. He laughs hysterically, causing saliva to fly all over the walls and messes up the entire paint job. The episode ends with Mr. Krabs saying, "I really gotta learn how to say it, not spray it."
