There's really no way to express my criticisms in detail without also posting spoilers, so I'll simply say that I found numerous points of this episode disappointing. A few directing choices and more than one major plot point were uncharacteristically sloppy compared to this show's historically impeccable quality. The implausibility of certain choices made in this episode bordered on the bluster and lack of credibility I would expect from a show like 24.

I truly hope that this was merely a momentary lapse of reason on the part of the Spooks production team and not a sign of things to come.moreless
