Donnie Walsh going crazy and threatening to quit over Isiah Thomas' hiring as a consultant is ridiculous. First of all, Thomas is just a consultant, which is essentially a nothing job. He is not a GM, he will not be making all of the calls for the team; he probably will not make any. Secondly, Walsh and D'Antoni have done nothing in the two full seasons they have had together. Walsh has actually been there a little longer too. If you want to complain about Thomas, how about do something he didn't do: win, but you didn't do that either.
I am glad SportsCenter ran this story. I needed a good laugh.
