The Home Run Derby is tonight and this should be a good one as it has a pretty good lineup. I am pulling for David Ortiz to return to prominence as I am a Boston Red Sox fan, but I do not foresee him taking it this year.
The New Jersey Nets are taking free agency seriously this year. Even though they are not signing big names, they are loading up on depth with Jordan Farmar, Johan Petro and Travis Outlaw. If their rookies step up this year and Devin Harris and Brook Lopez have all-star caliber years their team will be good again.
