Agent # 1 and Agent # 2 travel to South Beach, Miami, where the ego driven Mr. Fish and his explosive partner in crime, Rock DeBrie, plot to destroy the trend-setting capitol. With the help of a maraschino cherry camera and a Ricky Martin inflatable decoy.
