The title is presumably a spoof on the off-Broadway comedy Just A Coupla White Trash Chicks Sitting Around Talking.
This is the second and final appearance of Rosemary de Camp (who debuted in early season 5's "Room With a View") and the final appearance of Kevin O'Casey (who first appeared as a child in the landmark season 4 "Time Heals" flashbacks.
Character: Knox
The former ventriloquist who claims he invented the Craig 5000 is based on Paul Winchell. Winchell was a famous ventriloquist during the 50's and 60's, gaining fame with his dummy Jerry Mahoney. From the 60's onward he was one of the hardest working voice actors in cartoons, among his most notable characters were Dick Dastardly for Hannah Barbera and Tigger for Disney. But aside from his performing career, he was also something of an inventor. Among other devices, he built and patented an artificial heart in 1963. He is widely acknowledged as one of the pioneers in the field of prosthetic heart design.
