Since we are on the topic of trashy reality shows:

Symbiont Swap - Ezri moves in Rom's house and vice versa. Bashir gets his revenge making Leeta conform to old Ferengi standards.
Bolian Eye For The Trek Guy - Mr. Mott gives hairstyling and fashion tips to crew members like Geordi and Reg. Special guest cook William Riker pops in from time to time.
Ferengi Millionaire - Gold diggers are disappointed that the grand prize turns out to be spinning Dabo wheels and giving Oomox.
American Trekker - Paris shows how to running boards and air spoilers on runabouts.

I honestly don't want them to go back to that time. The next Trek series has to be at a timeline close to Voyager's return or at a later time. No more prequels!

i love the next generation timelines as well. if there are prequels i love the timeline during capt. kirk's era.
