The gang find a Vulcan ship in the expanse but soon realise that this expanse (loaded with trellium) has played havoc with the Vulcans' minds and they have gone insane. First they try to save them but it becomes obvious in the claustrophobic and badly damaged Vulcan ship, that they need to save themselves from the deranged Vulcans - and especially T'Pol who is slowly becoming unhinged! Its good to see T'Pol display some different emotions and it is also interesting to see that a background character (Corporal Hawkins) actually survives this episode. In many Star Trek episodes, the background character always dies! The final scene is also good because it shows that T'Pol is still recovering from her experience - in many episodes, the recovery is usually super-quick.moreless

    • This episode's intro teaser ran only 20 seconds, making it, by far, the shortest of any Enterprise episode. Edit
    • The Vulcan starship is named Seleya. This is likely a nod to Mount Seleya from Star Trek: The Search For Spock. Edit
