This is going to sound really silly, but I couldn't help but notice that the picture used in TV.com's ST:TNG listing looks like a grinning cat, with the saucer section as the eyes (much like Geordi's visor), the deflector dish area as the toothy grin, the area between the nacelles and the "grin" are its cheeks, the aura around the ship as its fur, and the planet is a ball for it to play with! The cast is there waiting to pet it! (I said it was silly!)

Hmmm, been watching "Alice In Wonderland" too much lately, eh??

Speaking of disappearing acts... where is Riker in this topic's banner?

Hahaha! Look behind the big Picard's right ear, you'll see enough to know it's Riker.

    Poor guy!

For all those who can't see what I do, and can't afford Geordi's visor,   here's a pic that I found on the web that's a pretty good match to what I see in the ST:TNG pic! (re: my original message in this thread)

Perhaps I just have more of an imagination than everyone else? Or, maybe I just have less sanity!

The floating heads are very disconcerting, though -- like that one Worf popped in "Cost Of Living".
