I think a Klingon can live 150 plus years but the ave. is only 50 due to the type of lives they have. Remember what Worf said about dieing in your sleep?

With all the reducdancies a klingon body has i wouldnt be suprised if one could cross 200 but the code of the klingon wouldnt allow it.In the star trek universe the human form is so fragile in comparison i kinda get where the mutegenis were thinking.

In the DS9 episode Blood Oath we see Kang, Kor, and Koloth and they would have been well into their 100's by the (Trek) time of this episode. So, I can see a Klingon living until there maybe late 100's early 200's.

    Scott-
