Sucks, until today in the year 2007... I didn't know this show was so old, I've watched almost all the episodes now mostly on Spike and I didn't realize that it was that old this show...I always thought it had recently been cut.

Will it ever be brought back?!?

there are several movies though, but the show is long over but it had a very sturdy lifespan (and it set the lifespan of the next two star treks, and probbably the intended span of enterprise)

TNG was absurdly successful in terms of ratings. There is no clear explanation for the catastrophic financial failure of the latest movies, just personal theories.

i know they are doing a new series with spock and kirk as youngsters but i feel it should be brought back but with a new cast but the same enterprise and it should be set 100 years after picard and janeway

Me too, I thought that with the dogfights, the car chase, the shootout on the schimitar, the theme of Picard and Data meeting their doubles, etc, Nemesis was way better than Insurrection and at least four of the others. I'm still undecided about whether it was better or worse than Generations.

I'm looking forward to the new movie, especially Zachary Quinto as Spock.

ditto... I mean how many movies have a small shuttle fighting a flag-ship... FROM INSIDE! And the Data/B4 Picard/Lex Luthor doubling had great themes and character development... maybe even better then most episodes of the series...

Insurrection was too much like a stretched out and fluffed up version of a standard "throw-away" episode of TNG...
