    With the new Star Trek movie which resulted an altered timeline there may have to be a new Next Generation series or movie.

    That may not be such a bad thing,i allow them to make new next gen adventures with a some what familiar feel.What if Picard has hair in the new timeline lol.To be quite honest,how much could the timeline have change i mean old spock was there,so what if the federation finds out how the Romulans look earlier than they should.

    No make remakes please! Something original is always nice. The next thing you know they'll be remaking The Wrath of Khan. Oops, spoke too soon. It looks like that's what they want to do judging by interviews.

    I read something like that on Yahoos Gossip section. They seem to think that the next movie will be a remake (sorry wrong word) Reboot of the Original Series episode Space Seed it will be the same but different. But they are also looking into "other possibilities".

    It seems that the movie is as good an excuse as any to create new episodes of the old series with different outcomes,maybe the red shirt does not die or maybe kirk does not get the girl.

    Lol thats true well kirk didnt get the girl at least so here is me hoping for other changes.
