TNG: "Deja Q", "Tapestry", "QWho?", "QPid", "All Good Things...", "True Q", "Encounter at Farpoint", "Hide and Q".

VOY: "Death Wish", "Q2", "The Q and the Gray"

    I also loved DS9's "QLess".

To be honest, Q is just that awesome. Even when he's being non-threatening, he shakes up the Enterprise and crew. Sometimes, I have to think about what Q just said before I get the joke. The delivery is spot on.

Oh, I love his dialogue. Even in his last story Q2 he tells his son to fit in or he'll transport him into a petri dish "otherwise it's circular, cellcular city for you my friend" or something like that. I don't think much of the episode but that line is my favourite bit as it reminds me why I like Q.

In "True Q", not necessarily the best of his episodes, he tries to encourage Amanda to use her powers to inflate the rate of mytosis on some samples in order to assist Dr. Crusher. Amanda tells him she thinks she should do it the way the doctor wants her to and Q says, "Oh, I think she'd be delighted if you sped things along. After all, think of what it would mean - you could double, even triple the workload".

I had to sit there and think about what he'd just said; his delivery was so nonchalant, it went right over my head.

I didn't catch that line until my third time watching the episode. You're right... it's his delivery of the lines that made the Q character so "real". I also liked the way John de Lancie described the way he thought of Q. He said that after reading the script for Encounter at Farpoint that the first thing that popped into his head was the quote about Lord Byron... It's that "He's Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know" and I think that fits Q flawlessly.

As much as I like the first season (Tasha is my favorite character, so S1 is my fave season), I have to say the Q episodes in S1 aren't his best. He was quite a jerk at first. I'd have to say that 'Tapestry', 'Deja Q', and 'All Good Things' are my favorite Q episodes.

Hard to select a specific one as I liked nearly all of them though if I had to choose it'd probably be Deja Q.

I don't know what the name of the episode is, but my favourite Q ep is the one where Riker becomes a Q.

That episode was Hide and Q which was actually the only Q episode I didn't really like.
