Star Trek: The Next Generation

Season 3 Episode 3

The Survivors

Aired Unknown Oct 09, 1989 on CBS

  • Trivia

    • As Riker enters Picard's ready room, a large black object, perhaps some sort of padding or a panel, can be seen through the door on the bridge just in front of where the Operations station would be.

    • At the first scan, Riker and Picard walk forward and Riker puts his hand on Wesley's chair standing very close to Picard. When Wesley finds the small building you can see Picard, but no sign of Riker. In the next shot, Riker is still standing shoulder to shoulder with Picard.

  • Quotes

    • (After drinking the tea, Worf gives a rather unsatisfied look)
Rishon: Well, what do you think, Mr. Worf?
      Worf: Good tea...nice house.

  • Notes

    • In this episode, Deanna Troi wears a bluish-green uniform, rather than her usual maroon.

    • Marks the Federation's only "brush" with the alien race known as the Husnock. It's entirely possible that the Federation will never know what a Husnock looks like, thanks to Kevin Uxbridge's "crime of passion."
