Flesh And Blood (2) was a superb episode and great second half of this two part story. I really enjoyed watching this episode because the story played out perfectly and it was very interesting to watch every thing unfold. There was action, drama, and suspense. It interesting to watch the Doctor wrestle with his own sense of right and wrong after seeing the true nature of the hologram Iden and his loyal followers. This episode had some great moral dilemmas for the characters and it was great watching them figure out where they stood. I look forward to watching the next episode!!!!!!!

  • Conclusion. The Doctor joins the vessel of holograms. Iden is the group leader of the holograms. The Doctor learns Iden's true motive. Iden wants to control other holograms. Iden allows Voyager to lock on to his ship.

    9.5
Conclusion. The Doctor joins the vessel of holograms. Iden is the group leader of the holograms. The Doctor learns Iden's true motive. Iden wants to control other holograms. Iden allows Voyager to lock on to his ship. He sends a feedback pulse through the tractor beam. It destroys most of Voyager's power grid. Torres is able to save the warp coil. Torres is hit with an electrical strike. Torres is beamed aboard the hologram ship. Iden is interested in using Torres to help him build a holograph planet. By this time Janeway realizes The Doctor is not aboard Voyager. I rate this episode a 9.5
  • A great conclusion to Voyager's holographic woes...

    9.0
There's a lot of depth in both these episodes. The holograms have their own ideology, their own goals. Albeit their goals are a bit askewed and not exactly easy to accomplish, they're there. This is also foreshadowing for future holographic-repression stories, in both the series, as well as books. Truly a great storyline as to survive the series.

There are tense moments, when the Doctor wavers and the viewer is plagued with a gnawing "what if?" as to the Doctor's choices. He tries to inspire peace in his fellow rebels, but it's a short-live peace that ultimately makes the Doctor's choice easier.
