  • Season 5 Episode 11: Latent Image

  • Trivia: Although Ensign Jetal is credited with only a last name and referred to only by last name throughout most of the episode, her first name is mentioned in the flashback in which her body is sent out into space: it's Ahni.

  • Goof: In the flashbacks, which supposedly occur before Seven of Nine arrived, Tuvok is wearing his Lieutenant Commander pips, even though he is not promoted until after Seven of Nine comes aboard.

  • Goof: In the holo-images Seven salvages, there are candles on Ensign Jetal's birthday cake. Later, when the Doctor's restored memories of the birthday party are seen, the candles are missing.

  • Season 5 Episode 10: Counterpoint

  • Nitpick: At the end of the episode, Tuvok, Vorik and the other telepathic Voyager crew member are not aboard the shuttlecrafts nor in transporter suspension and thus should have been caught by the inspection team. Of course, the soldiers may not have carried out a full inspection, since they believed that they already knew where they were. If they had continued the search from where they left off instead of calling it off, it seems likely the crewmembers would have been found.

  • Trivia: Transporter suspension was pioneered by Montgomery Scott in The Next Generation episode "Relics".

  • Nitpick: When Kashyk asks Janeway for permission to replicate a beverage to toast their success in calculating the appearance of the wormhole, she tells him that the unit in his quarters has been deactivated so that he can't replicate a weapon. However, in previous episodes it has been established that standard food replicators are unable to create weapons, or anything else dangerous. It is possible, however, that Janeway was speaking academically. Kashyk is a trained soldier, so many things provided by the replicator could possibly be fashioned into a weapon.

  • Season 5 Episode 9: Thirty Days

  • Goof: When the three ships attack, Janeway calls for Red Alert. but the lights on the bridge go to Blue Alert.

  • Nitpick: Kim says he will attempt to upload the interface, but since he is receiving data the correct term would be download.

  • Goof: Tom Paris has blue eyes, but young Tom Paris shown in this episode (around 8 years old) to have brown/black eyes.

  • Trivia: At the beginning of the episode, Janeway says to Paris, "Lieutenant Thomas Eugene Paris I hereby reduce you to the rank of Ensign, and I sentence you to thirty days solitary confinement." However, in Tom's dream, Janeway says: "and I sentence you to thirty years solitary confinement."

  • Season 5 Episode 8: Nothing Human

  • Goof: When The Doctor is transferred from the holodeck to sickbay, he appears in sickbay wearing his mobile emitter.

  • Season 5 Episode 7: Infinite Regress

  • Trivia: Seven is first introduced to Kadis-kot by Naomi Wildman, a game she will play frequently until the end of the series.

  • Nitpick: Voyager beams the vinculum into space during a battle, when their shields presumably would have been up.

  • Season 5 Episode 6: Timeless

  • Goof: In the message Future Harry leaves for his younger self, the pauses differ between when he records it and when his younger self watches it.

When he records it, Future Harry pauses after saying, "It means all of that has changed." After the pause, he adds "You owe me one" right before the Doctor says, "Mr. Kim, your assistance, please." When current Harry watches the video, the pause occurs between Future Harry's last line and the Doctor's request for assistance.

  • Goof: Voyager crashes onto the planet at "full impulse" while inertial dampeners are offline. As such, the crew's bodies should not be intact.

  • Goof: During his conversation with Kim in Engineering, the amount of confetti on Paris's shoulders keeps changing between the shots facing him and those facing Kim.

  • Season 5 Episode 4: In The Flesh

  • Trivia: Boothby (or other members of species 8472) should not know about the provisional rank insignia worn by former Maquis members. When Chakotay is there making his survey, he risks being discovered.

  • Trivia: Unbeknownst to Voyager, an invasion of shape shifting aliens from outside the Alpha Quadrant had already infiltrated Starfleet Headquarters two years previously: The Founders from the Gamma Quadrant's Dominion. This was shown in the ST: Deep Space Nine episodes "Homefront (1)" and "Paradise Lost (2)".

  • Nitpick: When Voyager first approaches the station, Captain Janeway orders Tuvok to charge weapons. Then, a few moments later, Seven reports that the station is charging weapons, to which Janeway replies, "Do the same."

  • Nitpick: Chakotay mentions he left Starfleet in 2368 to join the Maquis; however, according to the Deep Space Nine two-part episode "The Maquis", they didn't form until 2370. It's possible that there was a precursor organization that was later incorporated into the Maquis a few years later, however.
