Which episodes of any Star Trek series will have been fundamentally altered if not erased in the new timeline? The most obvious ones that come to mind are Journey to Babel and Balance of Terror.

    This new timeline is non-canon.

    All classics TOS episodes happened.

I think what the OP was going for was what missions would change (i.e. episodes) from the new timelines point of view. An example... In the new movie Kirk went from a cadet to captain of the Enterprise. So, in the new timeline Kirk would never have experienced the Tarsus 4 mass murders of Kodos the Executioner. Having gone right to captain he would never have spent time on the Farragut. Not being assigned to the Farragut, as a Lieutenant Kirk wouldn't have known about the gas creature was killing his crew or how to stop it. The examples could go on. That's why the Temporal Prime Directive gives me a headache.
