I was looking over the episodes of The Original Series and noticed something quite odd. The entire section of season four was either sucked into a blackhole due to a temporal anomaly. . . or simply no one has gotten around to fixing it up here.

So nobody has started making a season four section on TV.com?

    I guess I could add a few episodes. . .

What season four? Star Trek: The Original Series never had a fourth season, unless you count the Animated Series which is separate and until recently entirely non-canonical with the exception of a few details which some of the writers slipped into canon by mentioning in other Trek series. By the way, TAS has a board of its own here on tv.com.

I thought it did have a fourth season. . . wierd. Oh well.

Anyways TOS on tv.com does have a section for "season 4," the only problem is theres nothing there.

    My mistake.

I could almost swear I saw a season four on the official Trek website a while ago. Maybe a couple of years ago lol.

Well, it is possible that there were some unproduced episodes. In fact, I think I might have read about a few of them on wikipedia. Anyway, those might have mistakenly been labeled as season 4 or they could have given short synopses of the scripts but labeled as never actually being made. As far as the episode guide here on tv.com, that was probably just a mistake though I think I've seen similar things happen on other episode guides here.

That would explain it a lot more.
