A clip from The Phantom Menace is used in this episode, but it's animated.
This is the first time Mace Windu speaks in this mini-series. Also the first time Jedi Council members Even Piell, Eeth Koth, Adi Gallia, Kit Fistu, and Oppo Rancisis speak in any setting.
When C-3PO delivers Anakin's Padawan braid to Padmé, she places it in a small box. If you look inside the box you'll also see the necklace Anakin made for Padmé in The Phantom Menace as keepsake. That means she actually saved it for all those thirteen years.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: I know this will generate debate, but I suggest that in this time of war, we forgo the trials and promote my padawan, Anakin, to Jedi Knight.
Oppo Rancisis: This is preposterous! We can't just set aside our most hollowed traditions.
Ki-Adi-Mundi: In this time of need, why do we hold back the Chosen One?!
Mace Windu: Whether or not he is the Chosen One is still to be determined.
Even Piell: Umm. Palpatine has been requesting this for months now.
Mace Windu: Politicians have no say in Jedi matters.
Kit Fisto: Well he is a cunning warrior, and our best pilot.
Adi Gallia: But he is reckless with his gifts.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Sometimes in the past. But regardless, Anakin has been through far more difficult things than the trials. Surely he passed his trial of skill, when he defeated that dark assassin on te fourth moon of Yavin. And he endured an atrocious trial of the flesh at the hands of Count Dooku. And he has continued to pass every test of courage this war has delt him.
Agen Kolar: It would seem he would have but one trial left to face.
Shaak Ti: Testing the spirit?
Even Piell: Facing the mirror.
Oppo Rancisis: And that is what concerns me. To walk the path of the Jedi, one's spirit must be strong. That requires discipline, and he has often disobeyed you, has he not Master Kenobi?
Yoda: Did you not disobey me from time to time in your youth, Master Rancisis? A just debate this is, but in these days of war, need all the knights we can. Unorthodox young Skywalker's campaign has been, so to will be his trials. Trust in the Force, I do. A knight, he shall be.
General Grievous: Run, Jedi, run. You have only delayed the inevitable.
Obi-Wan: (to Anakin) It is time to stop being master and student. It is time we became brothers.
Yoda: Step forward, Padawan. (Anakin kneels) Anakin Skywalker, by the right of the council, by the will of the Force, dub thee I do, Jedi ... (cuts off Anakin's apprentice braid) Knight of the Republic.

Mysterious Scenes: Dagobah and Coruscant
There are two scenes in this short that seem sort of mystifying. First is the scene which features Qui-Gon and the child Anakin on what appears to be Dagobah. The scene that follows is identical to Yoda and Luke's scene there in The Empire Strikes Back. After that scene it shows a quick cut of Yoda opening his eyes, so could it have been a vision? It's very unlikely to have been a flashback since Qui-Gon and Anakin didn't exactly have enough time to visit swamp-infested planets before Qui-Gon's death.
Anakin: Impressive. Most impressive.
In this episode, Anakin quotes his future persona, Darth Vader, when he says, "Impressive. Most impressive." These are the same words Vader used to describe Luke Skywalker's burgeoning skills in The Empire Strikes Back.
