This episode shows that you don't need a hand to use the force. When Anakin uses the force choke on the seperatist member, he is using his handless arm.
When the recently mutated Nelvaanian runs towards Anakin and pulls off the mind-control device on the Nelvaanian, his machine-hand gun disappears.
In Attack of the Clones, Anakin's arm is cut off halfway between the shoulder and elbow, but in this episode the robotic arm is halfway down the forearm.
General Grievous: You're mine, old man!
Palpatine: You wouldn't dare hurt the supreme chancellor of the Republic, whatever would your master say?
General Grievous: Then you're lucky they want you alive.

This is the final episode of the series, as the Clone Wars end soon after during the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. A new Cartoon Network series, focusing on new events during the entire Clone Wars is in development.
This is the final 2D animated Clone Wars episode; all future episodes will be done in CGI, using Lucasfilm's new animation studio in Singapore.
This episode ends with the beginning of Revenge of the Sith.
Anakin: About to destroy crystal
When Anakin is about to destroy the crystal mutating the warriors, he jumps off and grabs hold of its "stalk" with his robot arm and bends down to destroy, It is just like the part in I, Robot when Detective Spooner jumps off and the same thing and kills VIKI.
Aliens: Nelvaanians
The aliens that Anakin and Obi-Wan encountered are identified as "Nelvaanians." This is undoubtedly a nod to Nelvana, the Canadian studio that produced Droids, Ewoks, and the cartoon from the Star Wars Holiday Special.
