  • Boba Fett aka Lucky, Has the hatred and the skill, but is it a mark too far?

    9.0
Boba Fett finally shows up looking for revenge, I loved this episode, the cold heart, steel and pure hatred the kid carried for the killer of his father felt very real coming from a cartoon.

There was talent at such an early age along with a ability to get round impressive odds. His mission failed, but he left with a mark by destroying the ship! I hope there is more of the same for Lucky, and he always was my favourite character in the whole of the Star Wars universe.

The best bit in the whole episode was the way he shows his shooting skill from the ship cannon. This is a class apart from those clones and the reason why Boba survives the clone wars.moreless

  • TRIVIA (4)

    • Anakin gives Admiral Kilian a direct order to abandon the Endurance. This is the first time we see on camera a General giving an Admiral a direct order. Usually, a General and an Admiral are of the same seniority in the military. This puts to rest the argument that the Jedi, are indeed, the top military commanders during the Clone Wars.

    • This is the first appearance of a Firespray class ship in this series. The Slave I was Jango Fett's heavily modified personal ship, and is now used by his son, Boba Fett.

    • The targeting display at the gunnery station on the Endurance bares a striking resemblence to the one aboard the Millennium Falcon.

    • Newsreel:
Calm before the storm! A rare and welcome respite from endless battle awaits Jedi Knights Anakin Skywalker and Mace Windu as they travel through deep space aboard the Jedi cruiser Endurance. Preparing to rendezvous with a Republic frigate, the Jedi remain unaware of a deadly peril lying hidden in their midst.

Jedi Fortune Cookie: "Who my father was matters less than my memory of him."

  • NOTES (3)

    • Daniel Logan, who played Boba Fett and the Clone Cadets in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones reprises his role in the series.

    • This episode marks the series debut of Boba Fett. Boba has been a fan favorite ever since his appearance in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. It is a little known fact that Boba actually made his first appearance in The Star Wars: Holiday Special from 1978. Boba has always been a mysterious character, as his origins have changed over the course of Star Wars' history. He is regarded by some to be a ruthless bounty hunter, while others say he is just doing his job. It is the general consensus that he is, in fact, a noble, moral sentient. This is evident in this episode, as well as the season 2 finale.
