I am really enjoying the tie-in novels, especially No Prisoners, but the series has fallen short of my expectations. After how good the Tartakovsky series was, I really expected more

The series could be worse, but I agree, I expected more.

I especially didn't expect to have so many things I thought of as canon, becoming non-canon.

I wouldn't mind if Lucas was doing it, he's not. (I'd at least tolerate it.)

The fact that so much is being changed makes me want to few most of this series as non canon. Besides, maybe, Ahsoka. I do like Ahsoka, and I find it interesting that Anakin has a Padawan. I just wish it was done better.

Some things... I gotta say, makes me wonder if they expected a Star Wars fan to watch it.

I too am a little disappointed that it's not truly related to the rest of the Star Wars universe, but of the shows that have been on recently, it's getting better.

It took a few steps in the right direction with Weapons Factory and Brain Invaders. And then it took 20 steps back with Grievous Intrigue.

I'm not sure about 20 steps back. It was an ok show (though I don't like Adi Gallia very much). Then the Deserter episode was a good one, and am looking forward to what's coming up next.

I still wonder if I belong here. I might, considering that I built several movie prop lightsabers.

Quite impressive, but this council is based on involvement in the forum and for being a big fan of the show. I'll keep you in consideration Omnidude33. Plus I need several nominations from the other members.

    As leader(lol), I thought I would suggest a poll.

Who is going to Celebration V in August? I will be in attendance for the entire 4 days.

Seriously? I think your placing onto the Council may be a little premature.

    Seriously, though...

Perhaps so, but this not a council for Star Wars fans who know the most stuff, this is a council for Star Wars The Clone Wars fans and forum participants, which requires nominations from the other members.

Although this is true, I dont really consider myself a fan of this series. Neither is fryman, I dont think. But we are some of the biggest Star Wars fans out there, and have knowledge to no end to back that up. However, I do eventually get around to watching every episode, and have a critical take on each one. The only reason I watch it is to be well versed for Celebration. If it wasnt for that, I wouldnt watch it at all. However, we all actively use the forum, and I think that counts a lot here (except nickylucas, havent seen her[?] in a long time).
