So is it still simply a nearly-finished version that's been released?

I can believe we waited two years for this turgid piece of crap.

The replicators were a waste of screen time.

The ori were crap, this film is rubbish.

I hope the next movie is better.

to those that watched the 'leaked' version - what was the deal with the replicators infesting the Odyssey?

To keep from spoiling it too much, someone felt the Replicators might be a good backup weapon.

It kinda seems like the stuff with the Replicators is just to lengthen it out a bit.

I think you mean you can't ? I thought the movie was pretty bad also..seemed pretty cliche to me. TV series was definitely better than this..

I liked it. Cool to see Adria all in flames and a echocy voice. I'm glad Morgan finally stood up to the rest of Ancients and helped to defeat Adria. It's about time they helped, even though I agree with their "no interferring" policy, most of the time.

As always Vala was good for a few laughs. I can't wait for Continuiuum to arrive in July.

I thought it was great. It definitely felt like an oversized episode of SG-1, which I enjoyed too. Obviously the bigger budget helped create some cool scenes and nice shots like Teal'c walking on top of the mountain, but over all it felt like a 2 episode arc. The replicator stuff was alright, and I liked the idea of the replicator controlling that IOC guy. The budget helped there too when the replicator re-formed in the (rough) shape of a human, and I thought that looked cool too. I'm really looking forward to Continuum and hope it out does this one. One thing I found odd is how the people making the movie didn't notice that the Supergate was missing pieces. When they're dialing it it has a few pieces up in the right corner missing, but when they go to the side shot of the Vortex, they're there again.

Personally, I enjoyed the movie...especially Vala and Daniels bickering on Dakara and Celestus. But there are a few things to say about it.

I wasn't fully paying attention throughout for this specific detail, so there is at least one shot of Teal'c that is reversed making his white/gray stripe appear on the left, when it is actually supposed to be on the right.

Also, was anyone else expecting an Indiana Jones style clip right after Daniel was complaining about the ark being researched at area 51?

I just hope I am not alone in that.

I noticed the hair thing as well. for most of the movie in fact it seemed to be on the wrong side.

Lol, though I don't have the DVD yet, but i totally agree w/that. That would totally be hilarious to see some guy carting it in a crate to place it in a warehouse full of other crates to never to be found again.

Also though I love reading the spoilers, it makes me wanting to watch this DVD even more
