Sci-fi has not aired either movies to date yet.
I guess they couldn't till the movies sold enough DVD's first or something.

I doubt it. Here in Canada I believe the Ark of Truth and I'm fairly certain Continuum have aired on our version of Sci-Fi. They probably don't want to air it because if it gets good ratings they will feel stupid for canceling it

Not really. Consider this: That exact station is just now promoting seson 4 of SGA as a "New Season" Of course we did get SGA on another station 3 days after you guys, but that station was a premium that very few get and Space is a more available network.

So Continuum and Ark of Truth never aired on Sci-Fi ? It just came out on DVD?

Correct. They were both direct to DVD movies. Sci-Fi could purchase rights to air them but I don't know if they have or if they will.

Ah good point. Though at least you got to see AoT on tv already before Season 4 of Atlantis. But hopefully it will air on US tv eventually.

Hem good point: AoT and Continuum or season 4 and 5 of Atlantis. I am grateful to have 40 episodes over 2 movies that I can get from a store.

Oh yeah I've had S4 on DVD for some time now I mean I'm lucky enough to have satellite so I get Movie Central which ran is pretty close to the real air date, but lots don't have that option.

Well at long last i've finally seen it and you know, I actually kinda like it a bit more than AoT. It was nice to see Ba'al again and the awesome action sequences like the ha'taks firing on earth. Pretty much AoT just doesn't seem to feel as great as it should have [ending kinda rushed]. Here well ok, the alternate time line thing is reused, but it was pretty cool to see Ba'al and his huge fleet of ships over earth. Now I would've loved to have seen them fire up the Ancient control chair to blow up a few of the ships, but that's just my opinion.
