In the scene when Daniel, impersonating Yu's servant Jarren, announces that he represents Lord Yu (approximately 22:39), he completely mispronounces his name. When he pronounces "Lord Yu Huang Shang-Ti," he pronounces both Huang and Shang so they rhyme with "twang" whereas in Mandarin it would be pronounced with an "a" as in "father." He further mispronounces "Huang" as "wang", not "Hwang."
In the scene where Jacob is prepping Daniel for his mission, he appears to be wearing a plain white armband. The camera cuts to Jacob then back to Daniel, and Yu's symbol is now present. The position/possible movement of his arm does not account for it's sudden appearance, and there is no indication he adjusted it in-character.
Daniel: So, how are you gonna get me in?
Jacob Carter: Yu will be among the System Lords attending the meeting.
Sam: I thought you said he was going in as a slave.
Jacob Carter: The System Lord Yu.
Jack: It's always 'suicide-mission' this, and 'save-the-planet' that. No one ever just stops by to say 'hi' any more.
Elliott: I am looking forward to meeting the Tok'ra.
Jack: You'll get over it.
Lord Yu: Do not make me look foolish by allowing yourself to be killed.
Daniel: Yes, my lord.
Aldwin: You interested in Tok'ra engineering?
Jack: Oh, 'interested' doesn't quite describe how I truly feel.
Aldwin: You're welcome to join us.
Jack: Thank you, Aldwin, but I have to uh... go help Teal'c wait for Daniel.
Sam: You are talking about taking out the entire Goa'uld leadership?
Ren'al: We are.
Jack: Welcome to the dark side.
Ren'al: We will die before giving up our secrets.
Jack: You know, we should really come up with a new strategy. One that does not include us dying.
Jacob: Daniel? How's it going?
Daniel: All is well - it's like Goa'uld Mardi Gras here.
Originally, Martouf was supposed to return in this episode, having survived the events of "Divide and Conquer" and been put into stasis. He was then to continue as a recurring character. However, JR Bourne was unavailable for this episode and "Last Stand," forcing a change of plans.
This episode marks the first appearance of Ba'al (Cliff Simon) on the series and the first time that Anubis is mentioned by name.
