When Daniel is looking at the planets and their relative positions, and realises they form a pyramid, this is quite amazing given the planetery drift that would have occured in the time since the clue was left. The planets also bear no correlation to the distribution shown on the star map he queries while on Atlantis.
Trivia: The dagger that Ba'al claims has "great sentimental value" which is then put into the chest as a test of charity looks like the dagger which he used to torture O'Neill in the season 6 episode "Abyss."
There's no indication that the temporal maze fluctuates or otherwise changes. But the people imprisoned inside of it are scattered about at various depths and in totally different directions. Some of them don't even seem to be frozen in the middle of walking. How did they get into the maze to be frozen at different spots, sometimes without even seeming to be walking when they froze? And if there were others frozen before, them, why would then continue walking forward as many of them appear to do.
Sam's "solution" to the temporal maze doesn't make any sense. She throws the first rock and it stops about 10' away. But...how does she know there isn't a turnoff point before then? It can't be because she saw a partial route before her sensor kicked out, or she wouldn't have thrown the rock in that direction in the first place. Then she throws the second rock and follows it, but assumes it marks a turn-off and throws a rock in a different direction, but she would have no way of knowing if the path continues and she just didn't throw hard enough.
As is often the case with scenes where people are frozen in time, the director tries to keep the camera moving to disguise any minor movements. But just after Sam and the others enter the field, there's a shot of a woman facing the camera and a man with a crossbow facing her from her right, and he's noticeably twitching and swaying.
Mitchell: (about the now-dead scanner) Okay, here's a stupid question: you did check the batteries in that thing before we left Stargate Command?
Adria: We've thwarted all efforts against us; crippled your fleet; met with little, if any, resistance on the worlds that we've redeemed. Your resistance to the Ori is clearly hopeless. You continue to struggle against the inevitable.
Daniel: Yeah, well, we're optimists.
Mitchell: Is it just me, or is it getting hot in here? Vala: Now that you mention it... (team sees a wall of fire) ...it is a tad toasty.
Barkeep: (about the Ori soldiers in the village) Who are these men?
Mitchell: That's a long story. Look, I know you have no reason to trust us any more than you do those guys…
Barkeep: I have not seen you shoot anyone.
Mitchell: That's an excellent point.
Osric: This is it, the cave entrance. The San Graal is within.
Mitchell: It's too bad you won't be coming with us.
Ba'al: I thought I made it clear, you need me.
Mitchell: I wasn't talking to you.
Ba'al: Oh well, uh, allow me to get out of your line of fire.
Adria: Would you care for a demonstration [of my powers]? (looks at him) Taking your life would be a waste of my time.
Ba'al: Which I suppose would be put to better use complaining?
Sam: Oh, geez. Why don't you two just get a room?
Mitchell: You should come with us.
Barkeeper: My place is here. I'll be fine. I'll blame everything on you.
Mitchell: Good plan.
Daniel: I'll go.
Adria: We'll both go.
Ba'al: I think I'll stay here and support you from a distance.
Daniel: Let's just talk to Osric and convince him our cause is virtuous.
Vala: Ooh, that's brilliant. And while you're distracting him, the rest of us can steal it.
Ba'al: How does the expression go? "All flash, no photo"?
Sam: Actually, it's "all flash, no substance."
Ba'al: I prefer my version.
(Distant screeching roar)
Mitchell: What the hell is that?
Vala: We agreed there's no such thing as a dragon, right?
(dragon soars up out of the chasm)
Vala: Because that looks pretty real to me.
Mitchell: Hey, Jackson, what are you doing?
Jackson: Oh, just trying to find the location of Merlin's weapon so we can find it in time to defeat the Ori, hopefully save our galaxy. You?
Sam: Did you hear that?
Teal'c: Sounds like a child. This way.
Vala: A child in here? It's obviously a trap.
Daniel: Or quite possibly a test.
Ba'al: A test of what? Our stupidity?
Vala: What do you mean, "uh-oh"?
Mitchell: Uh-oh, you left your stove on, right?
(trying to free a child from a cage)
Ba'al: He's tiny. Let him squeeze through the bars.
Teal'c: Assist us or I will squeeze you through these bars.
