Trivia: First appearance of the replicators.
When Jack is sliding the stone back and forth on the console trying to contact General Hammond, he seems to be pressing too hard on the prop as he leaves scratches on the surface of the console.
When Jack is talking to Daniel in the infirmary, the x-ray images on the light board change between shots.
If the replicators are attracted by energy pulses from the transporter, how come they miss Tealc's being beamed back on the ship? [Editor's note: Perhaps since they were about to start the descent into Earth's atmosphere, it didn't seem worth it to them.]
When General Hammond is talking to his granddaughter, he is using the red phone which is supposed to be a direct line to the President. He should have used his other phone.
When SG-1 entered the cavern with Nick, you can clearly tell that they are against a green screen, as when they start to cross the catwalk to the skull, the rocks above passed through Teal'c's head.
Trivia: This episode marks the first appearance of Dr. Robert Rothman since "Forever In A Day." However, Daniel dreamed that story. So exactly when did SGC actually hire Rothman?
When Daniel is out-of-phase, he can seemingly pass through solid objects. As is often the case in sci-fi shows, however, there's no explanation for how he can lean against the wall outside the elevator that Samantha gets into, sit on a cabinet in the control room, and stand on the floor throughout the entire episode.
When Nicholas Ballard is "alone" in his quarters with invisible Daniel Jackson for the first time at the SGC and confesses that he can see and hear him, Dr. Jackson has a frustrated but excited outburst in which he touches a chair which is knocked slightly back. He should have passed right through it.
When Daniel first comes back to the SGC as a ghost, after he waves his hand through General Hammond's head the CGI made his fingers extremely pointy and can be clearly seen when he is looking at them.
When Bra'tac's new apprentice dies in the infirmary all the machines he's hooked up to, including a heart monitor continue as if he were still alive. If he had truly died several alarms would have sounded.
When Daniel tells Jack and the others to put down their weapons Teal'c and Bratac's staff weapons close, but no sound is heard.
When the Jaffa are entering the temple area on Kheb, Teal'c and Bratac's staff weapons can be heard making the opening sound, but Bratac's doesn't open.
When they first enter the forest on Kheb (about ten minutes into the episode) a paved road can clearly be seen in the forest background.
When Teal'c and Nyan are leaving the cave Nyan's zat is open, but there was no opening sound heard.
At the end of this episode, Nyan becomes Daniel's research assistant. Yet we never hear or see him again.
In the opening scene, when Nyan is uncovering the gate, we see the Earth symbol. This is a unique symbol and shouldn't be on any gate other than Earth.
Major Carter says that they got their first hit from the Cold Dialing program despite the fact that the wormhole has not yet been established.
When Teal'c enters the cave with Nyan, there are no patches on his jacket! You can see the dark green velcro circles where they should be.
Teal'c shoots the ship and his staff weapon leaves a scorch mark. The next time we see it there is no scorch mark.
