When the two Jaffa ring down to Vor'ash to pick up Tanith, the Jaffa on the left has his "skirt" on backwards. In his following scene, the "skirt" is the right way.
At the very beginning when Android Daniel takes cover against the DHD you can see it move slightly, much more then it could if it were embedded in the ground.
Major Carter calls Juna P3X-729 but the computer screen displays Juna as P2X-729.
When Carter is supposed to be dead, you can see her swallowing.
When the entity brings up Jack's personnel file, it reads his name as "O'Neill, John".
When Sam and Daniel access the computer in the infirmary, "SG1 Infirmary Station" can be seen in the top right of the screen. It should read SGC.
Trivia: According to the personnel files the "Entity" pulls up, Jack's D.O.B. is 10/10/51, Samantha's is 10/17/65 and Daniel's is 01/04/65.
After the Entity takes over the base, General Hammond says he has notified all the off-world teams of the situation. Yet earlier, Carter said they had lost all control of the gate and the iris -- so how did they contact the teams?
During the scene in the control room when Daniel and Sam are talking with General Hammond, Daniel's earth patch is off-center by 20 degrees and in some scenes, it's back in place!
At 22:20 minutes into the episode, a SUV can be seen panning from right to left in the background as the scientists first encounter the alien fireflies.
In one scene in Hammond's office, you can see two medals in a glass case (The Air Force Cross & The Distinguished Service medal), but Hammond never got any of those medals because he didn't have the ribbons for them on his uniform.
When Carter and Haley walk through the Stargate, Sam is on the right, when they pop out Haley is on the right. I'm sure they messed up on account of the fact that the entering shot was done through the event horizon and didn't need to flip them as they usually do.
When Jack goes to Daniel's apartment, the outside shot shows that the building is three levels high, and has no balconies. However, Daniel's apartment has a balcony, and (relative to near by buildings) is about six stories high.
Barber, the man who killed himself in the show's opening scene, is credited as a sergeant, though Hammond refers to him twice in the episode as a lieutenant.
Jack was unable to shoot Daniel because of the Goa'uld shield, but he could have shot Daniel's toadies since they were likely unprotected. Shooting them would have stopped Daniel because if he was able to do everything from the console on his chair, he would not have had those people present in the first place.
Carter states that she has never heard of liquid naquadah. The substance, though, is what powers a Goa'uld staff weapon, and was discussed by Major Carter and her twin from an alternate reality in "Point of View."
For all their technological and medical advancements, the one thing the Aschen haven't mastered is curing bad eyesight, as Daniel Jackson still has to wear glasses.
It seems that the hand gesture of writing with an invisible pen is still used in 2010 to ask the waitress for the check even though Carter's husband didn't actually have to put his signature anywhere to pay. You can also see the waitress swipe the card with the magnetic card stripe facing up and not inside the actual magnetic card swipe reader.
How does Jack get there before them and know to be there right away if Carter never told him when they were doing this? Right after Carter gets back from Jack's cabin she says that they're next stop is Cheyenne Mountain to look for the GDO. So assuming they transported over there right away how did Jack have time to change and get through the tour before them? Carter and Daniel are wearing the same clothes they had on before going to the facility so its possible its the same day but they do have caps and glasses on so its possible they took some time to get those explaining Jack getting there before them.
When Carter and Jackson are standing at the base of the ramp leading up to the replica Stargate in the Embarkation Room you can see an Asian man behind them, who is having his picture taken, holding his right hand up in a "Vulcan salute."
